Many of the LTS consultants are well known writers of English language training materials, published by Longman and OUP. The best known include Negotiating (O’Connor, Pilbeam, Scott-Barrett), Giving Presentations (Ellis, O’Driscoll) and Meetings and Discussions (O’Driscoll, Pilbeam) in the Longman Business English Skills series. In August 2000 Longman, in association with The Financial Times, published two new books by LTS consultants - Banking and Finance (Johnson) and International Management (Pilbeam). Christine Johnson and Adrian Pilbeam are also part of a team producing material on a weekly basis for the Market Leader Premier Subscription website. This offers self-study and group discussion lessons based on recent articles from The Financial Times and the FT.com website. Over 450 lessons are currently available and more are added weekly. Subscriptions can be obtained on-line.

In addition, we are often commissioned to write training materials for a client's own use. Examples include a video based self study programme on the English of the paper industry for UPM in Finland, a banking English course for the Institute of Banking in Kuwait, an Agricultural English course for Egyptian vocational schools, and Tools for Business, a distance learning business English course (a Leonardo funded project in partnership with FINTRA, Finland).

The most recent publications by LTS consultants are Big City 2 and Big City 3, by Adrian Pilbeam and Nina O'Driscoll (formally at LTS, working now as an independent consultant), which accompanies the video and DVD of the same name. Published by  Oxford University Press in 2003 and 2004.
